electronics manufacturing company division. With a strategy that
enabled this division to effectively take advantage of changes in its
market, in two years it grew from $400M to $1B in revenue. Improved
utilization of existing resources with the added revenue dramatically
increased profitability.
We have also been responsible for creating a turn-around plan for a $100M+
revenue division. Effective use of low labor cost manufacturing
combined with platform based product development enabled the return to
profitability.
