We have been responsible for leading the analysis of business needs, evaluation
of the current system capabilities and the development of an entirely new system
architecture for a major manufacturer. The new architecture involved the
implementation of 5 new systems from leading software vendors. It also
included the implementation of a completely new ERP system as well as
integration with corporate and legacy systems and data.
Information System Project Implementation
Our staff has also been responsible for the implementation of a large number of
new information systems. This experience covers ERP, product data
management, warehouse management, shop floor management, and advanced planning
systems. We can provide system selection consultation, project plan
auditing and project management.
